Mounting Brackets

In many instances, it’s necessary to position a rotary encoder with a mounting bracket or Flange in order to obtain the desired feedback. BEPC offers mounting brackets for a number of 51品茶 models. All BEPC brackets are manufactured of durable materials and have the proper mounting holes and geometry for easy application to our encoders.

The Single Pivot Bracket allows for convenient mounting of an encoder and measuring wheel over the surface being measured. The gravity loaded bracket uses the combined weight of the encoder, measuring wheel, and bracket to provide surface torsion, while the single pivot action allows the assembly to adjust pitch for variations in material height. For use with Models 25SF, 25SP, 702, 725 and A25SB with 2.5” square flange.
